As we prepare for taking ELECTRICITY Off-Broadway, we had over 200 people attend a terrific taping of a live performance in front of a big screen at the Palm Springs Cultural Center with projections and videos. It was a great night and this will be an important tool for our New York producers. Thank you to Alan Carvalho for filming, Nick Wass for lights and everyone who helped and supported us by coming. Another giant step forward!

The ELECTRICITY team was very excited to receive 6 DTL (Desert Theater League) nominations for ELECTRICITY and we won two! Mel England won Outstanding Lead Actor in a Professional Drama and Terry Ray won The Bill Groves Award for Outstanding Original Writing. Of course none of it would be possible without our director, nominee Steve Rosenbaum!

A terrific discussion after ELECTRICITY with director Steve Rosenbaum, actor Mel England, and playwright / actor Terry Ray -- moderated by local news and radio television personality Patrick Evans at Oscar's in downtown Palm Springs.
Patrick is a strong ally and the first straight man to moderate a Q&A for us. Check out his thoughts about the show below. ELECTRICITY's Director Steve Rosenbaum, ELECTRICITY's Playwright/Actor Terry Ray and fellow Actor Mel England snuggle up with Actress Joyce Bulifant after she guest moderated the Q&A following a performance at Oscar's. Joyce's career includes playing Murray (Gavin MacLeod's) wife Marie Slaughter on THE MARY TYLER MOORE SHOW and the comedy classic film AIRPLANE! She is a total delight and everyone loved meeting her.
Joyce Bulifant's ELECTRICITY recommendation!
Emmy Award winning gay power couple, Here TV's CEO Paul Colichman and partner actor / producer David Millbern joined us after the October 12th performance of ELECTRICITY for a lively discussion about gay youth, our lesbian sisters and of course ELECTRICITY. Paul and David also produced the powerful new short film NO GOODBYES which stars ELECTRICITY'S Mel England.
